Return policy

Complaint

  • You can submit a claim if purchased product doesn’t work with accordance to its specifications
  • You can submit a claim if the purchased product doesn’t do what it is meant to do.
  • You can submit a claim within 24 months since you received the product. If the warranty card specifies a different period, then it is considered as the time period when the warranty holds.
  • Shipping costs are reimbursed if the complaint is accepted

Replacements and refunds

  • You can get a full refund within 10 days since you received the order.
  • You can get the refund if the purchased product hasn’t been used any time and it’s returned in the original packaging.
  • You can also return the purchased product and replace it with a new order from our shop.
  • If you want to replace the purchased product we will contact you to confirm shipping address.
  • Shipping costs are covered by a customer.
  • Send the product back to us. Address: Poland, Gorzeń Dolny 157, 34-100 Wadowice.
  • We will return the money within 7 days.

Remote support

  • Our customer support team can contact you via email and pass the information on how to resolve your issues with the order.
  • In many cases such help is sufficient and you won’t have to send the product back to us.

What can’t be returned and replaced?

  • Parts that can wear out easily such as active and inactive panels, sensors and corners are not returnable.
  • If a dance mat was used improperly by the customer. For example, outdoor use, wet ground or floor, use in rain, flooding with liquid or playing with the inappropriate footwear (high-heels, heavy boots, winter boots etc).
  • If a dance mat was customized, changed or tuned by the customer. For example penny mod, own soldering etc. After such changes the warranty expires immediately.
