You can submit a claim if the purchased product doesn’t do what it is meant to do.
You can submit a claim within 24 months since you received the product. If the warranty card specifies a different period, then it is considered as the time period when the warranty holds.
Shipping costs are reimbursed if the complaint is accepted
Replacements and refunds
You can get a full refund within 10 days since you received the order.
You can get the refund if the purchased product hasn’t been used any time and it’s returned in the original packaging.
You can also return the purchased product and replace it with a new order from our shop.
If you want to replace the purchased product we will contact you to confirm shipping address.
Shipping costs are covered by a customer.

In many cases such help is sufficient and you won’t have to send the product back to us.
What can’t be returned and replaced?
Parts that can wear out easily such as active and inactive panels, sensors and corners are not returnable.
If a dance mat was used improperly by the customer. For example, outdoor use, wet ground or floor, use in rain, flooding with liquid or playing with the inappropriate footwear (high-heels, heavy boots, winter boots etc).
If a dance mat was customized, changed or tuned by the customer. For example penny mod, own soldering etc. After such changes the warranty expires immediately.
